4 – Sessions
Primordial Sound Meditation is a mediation technique originating in the ancient wisdom of India. Primordial sounds are the basic, most essential sounds of nature and are used to disconnect us from the activity of life. These individually selected sounds, known as mantras, are based on the vibration the universe was making at the moment of your birth.
Once your Primordial Sound Mantra has been determined, you will be taught how to use it on a daily basis to reawaken balance, tranquility, and compassion within. Your Chopra Center certified instructor will help you to integrate this practice into your daily routine.

Do I need to bring any materials to class?
You do not need to bring any materials to class. If you prefer to meditate on the floor you are welcome to bring a mat, or cushion.

Yes, our courses are suitable for beginners. We provide step-by-step instructions and guidance to help you get started with meditation.
How long are the courses?
The duration of our courses varies depending on the specific program. Introduction to Meditation courses are one hour. Primordial Sound Meditation consists of four 1-hour sessions over a period of 2 – 3 days.
